Rohit Sharma Requests Cameraperson to stop Recording Sounds ‘ek audio ne to mera waat laga diya hain’: MI’s former skipper Rohit Sharma was spotted in high spirits before his team’s last IPl league match against LSG at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on May 17, 2024.

Just before the 2024 Indian Premier League season, Hardik Pandya, a transfer from Gujarat Titans, was named the new captain of MI, replacing Rohit Sharma.

There have been rumors of discontent in the MI camp since this decision, and some have even suggested that the squad may have cliques.

A video that appeared before the KKR vs. MI game at Eden Gardens stoked rumors about the purported strife.

When Rohit Sharma was speaking with KKR coach Abhishek Nayar in the video, he seemed to be hinting that there had been a lot of changes in the MI camp.

Rohit can be heard saying: “Ek ek cheez change ho raha hai…. Woh unke upar hai, main ye sab pe dhyaan nahi data… (Everything is changing one by one. It depends on them, I don’t care about that). Jo bhi hai woh mera ghar hai bhai, woh temple jo hai na maine banwaya hai. (Whatever it is, it’s my home. It’s a temple that I’ve built). Bhai mera kya, mera toh last hai (Anyway, this is my last).”

Before MI’s last league match of the competition, Rohit Sharma was seen on video joking about with Dhawal Kulkarni, his old Mumbai and India colleague. The couple was observed having fun together and laughing together.

Rohit Sharma then became aware of the cameraperson’s presence and politely requested that the audio be turned off. He explained that a previous incident had caused him some difficulty, gesturing towards his conversation with Nayar.
