15 Year old Girl Allegedly Raped by 10 People in Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh

15 Year Old girl was allegedly raped by 10 people in Chacheri Village in Bulandshahe District in Uttar Pradesh. This Incident took place on Monday when 15 year old Girl had gone with her family members to attend an engagement ceremony, Jahangirabad. Minor was found lying unconscious in a field by her present later.

Two men , Known to the victim , took her on their motorcycle on the pretext of visiting a nearby shrine. Men said , adding 8 people later joining them and raped the minor. According to the survivor , the accused took turns to rape her , also filmed the act before fleeing the spot.

An FIR under sections 363 ()Kidnapping, 376 (Gang Rape) of IC and relevant sections of POSCO Act was finally lodged against 10 named accused at Jahangirabad Police Station.

According to the Survivor , incident occurred on Monday at Chacheri Village of Jahangirabad where Minor had gone to attend a family function at her maternal uncle’s residence.
