Media report said on Sunday, Facebook announced to have enhanced security measure ahead of July 25 general election in Pakistan. Social Media giant increased security people working on this area, with dedicated teams focused on preventing abuse on the platform during elections.
Started training of the Election Commission of Pakistan’s officials with the goal of increasing transparency and helping authority promote civic engagement , company spokeman Sarim Azziz said Dawn news on Saturday.

As Aziz told Dawn, we have dramatically increased the number of safety and security people working on this area, with dedicated teams working on preventing abuse during elects. And working with Elections Commission of Pakistan to better understand and the specific challenges faced in Pakistan. Facebook also training election commission on how platform works , on improving security , helping authorities promoted civic engagement.
