David Warner’s Heartfelt Post of Lord After Pran Pratishtha Ceremony: Following the official inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on Monday, Australian opener David Warner—who is respected greatly by Indian fans—posted an emotional message on social media for Lord Ram.
Warner wrote “Jai Shri Ram INDIA” as the description for a picture of Lord Ram on Instagram. Warner’s gesture has won many over on the internet, where he is receiving a lot of favorable feedback.
Indian fans hold Warner in high regard not only for his skill as a player but also for his passion for Indian film. He has a lot of videos or reels online that include him singing well-known Indian tunes.
After breaking a century, he also imitated the iconic look from the well-known movie Pushpa during the 2023 World Cup.
After winning the 2023 ODI World Cup, Warner announced his retirement from ODI and Test cricket. The 37-year-old is also likely to retire from T20I cricket after the conclusion of the T20 World Cup 2024.
Warner’s Test career comprised 112 matches where he scored 8786 runs at an average of 44.59. His highest Test score was marked against Pakistan in Adelaide in 2019 when he struck an unbeaten 335 runs.
