Pakistani batsman Fakhar Zaman become the first Pakistani batsman to record double hundred in One Day international cricket against Zimbabwe. Fakhar Zaman become the 6the batsman who scored 200 plus on ODI cricket. Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman ,Pakistani opener have broken the record for the highest opening partnership in One day International.
Earlier the record was held by Sri Lanka’s Upul Tharanga and Sanath Sayasuriya , both added 286 against England at Leeds in July 2006.
The opener batsman surpassed the previous record of 263 runs set by Aamir Sohail and Inzamamul Haq against New Zealand in 1994.
Pakistan team scored 399/1 in 50 overs, opener batsman Imam-ul-Haq 113(122), Fakhar Zaman 210(156) and Asif Ali 50 (20).
Pakistan elected to bat first in the fourth ODI against Zimbabwe of five match series in Bulawayo on Friday, visitor already won the series by 3-0.
Imam and Fakhar made the most of ht opportunity and posted the first 300 runs opening stand in ODI.
The pair was dismissal after adding 304 runs of 42 overs when Imam fell to Waliington Masakadza for 122 of 113.

Fakhar Zaman finished with 210 runs off 156 balls (24 4s, 5 6s) as Pakistan team slammed 399/1 in 50 overs.
Among the player , Rohit Sharma only batsman one to do it thrice – he also hold the record for the highest score in ODI.
