Unfortunately, Rockstar was unable to duplicate this feature in Grand Theft Auto 5, which has mediocre melee fighting.

Numerous games in this franchise contain vigilante missions. As the name implies, these side missions provide a completely new viewpoint by enabling users to uphold law and order in the city. One needs access to a police car in order to perform vigilante missions in games like Grand Theft Auto 4, Vice City, and San Andreas.
