Google Pay Brings UPI Recharge Option for FASTag

Google Pay has added a new feature that will help users recharge their FASTag accounts with the tap of a button.

According to Google Pay, to recharge their FASTag accounts, users need to open their Google Pay app. Look for the FASTag category under the “Bill Payments” section and select the bank that has issued their FASTag.

“On the next screen, enter your vehicle number and proceed to pay with your bank account. Users can also check their FASTag account balance for FASTags issued by supported banks with the tap of a button,” the company added.

How to Recharge by Google Pay

To recharge FASTag First, open Google Pay app

Look for the FASTag category under the Bill Payments option

Select the bank that has issued you FASTag

Fill Vehicle number and proceed to pay with a bank account

You can check FASTag account balance for FASTag issued by supported banks with the tap of a button
