HMD Global Nokia 7.1 spotted running Android 9 Pie on GeekBench

Nokia 7.1 might soon get Android 9 Pie Platform update. Smartphone was launched couple of weeks back with Android 8.1 Oreo and now according to a news Geekbench listing , the smartphone is now being tested with latest Android Pie Operating System.


As per the GeekBench listing spotted by MySmartPrice, Nokia 7.1 running Android 9 Pie is under testing. This suggest that the new update is on its way for the handset’ users.


The Smartphone powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC and 4GB of RAM, the device managed scored 1337 in the single core re3ult and 4877 in the multi core performance on the benchmarks.

Nokia has already starting rolling out the Android 9 Pie update to Nokia 7 Plus late last month, although in between the process, Juho Sarvikas once pointed out delay due two specific certification bugs.
