Samsung Galaxy A51 India launch today: Expected Price, Specifications

Samsung is set to launch its latest Galaxy A series smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A51 was unveiled in Vietnam last month alongside the Galaxy A71, giving us an idea of its price while revealing its complete specifications.

The Galaxy A51 comes to India after having been launched in Vietnam earlier in December last year. The smartphone focuses on millennials and brings with its interesting features, including a quad-camera set-up with a 48-megapixel primary lens.

Samsung’s new smartphone comes with an Infinity-O Display which has a hole punch for the selfie camera at the centre. The Samsung Galaxy A51 is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A50s in India.

The Galaxy A51 is expected to bring the same hardware as seen on the global versions of the device. As such, the Indian model of the Galaxy A51 could end up sporting a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a centred punch-hole cutout.

It sports full-HD+ resolution and has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Exynos 9611 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The device would be a 4,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging.
