Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi might now bring Samsung’s 64 megapixel camera sensor on board with its next smartphone.

A latest reports suggests that Xiaomi Redmi is now working on 64MP camera phones. Samsung recently unveiled ISOCELL Bringht GWI 64 megapixel camera sensor. The piece of information comes from a reliable tipster ICE Universe. However, Details of smartphone are missing and other information as well.

Reports also suggests that Samsung Galaxy A70s will be the first globally launched phone to come with a 64 megapixel camera sensor. The sensor will support up to 100db real time HDR, device featuring it will allow users to capture 1080p slow motion videos as well as super PD PDAF technology.

Samsung Galaxy A70 is expected to launch later this year and like almost all Samsung phones we expect this one to hit the Indian shores.

Samsung 64 megapixel camera sensor specification:

64-megapixel ISOCELL Bright GW1 is the highest resolution sensor with 0.8-micrometer (μm) pixel image sensor. Samsung is using the technology call Tetracell technology for pixel merging. Remosaic algorithm together to produce bright 16 mega pixel images in low light environments.

It has Featured dual conversion gain, Sensor supports real time HDR of up to 100 decibel. Sensor can be use as phase detection auto focus. It support Full HD recording at 480 FPS on the front video, reported by BGR India.
