UBER having on long bumpy ride since the year 2017, only week ago the world saw its top HR head resigning from the her post over allegation of racial discrimination and now the ride sharing firm is being investigate over a complaint related to gender disparity.
US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission opened the probe in August 2017, according to a person familiar with investigation . the person insisted on not being identified because the inquiry is considered confidential.
As UBER said ,it has already revamped its compensation practices and introduces other measures designed to ensure its male and female employee are treated fairly.

The company soon conducted two internal investigation that resulted in the firing of over 20 UBER employee on the grounds of unethical behavior, reportedly a total of five investigations are currently going on inside UBER.
The Incidents have cast a cloud UBER while it has been battling fiercer competition from its biggest US rival, Lyft, and trying to reserve its long history of huge losses as it appears to sell its stock on the public markets for the first time next year.
