Dhruv Jurel Maiden Call-up for Indian Test Squad against England Two Test Matches: A 16-person India team was announced by the BCCI for the country’s first two home test matches against England. Along with KL Rahul rejoining the team, wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel has got his first call-up. The cycle of the ICC 2023–25 World Test championship includes these test matches.

Leading the team and looking to get things going quickly is Rohit Sharma. Middle-order hitters for the series will include Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, and Dhruv Jurel. With KL Rahul and Dhruv Jurel, KS Bharat has been introduced as an additional wicketkeeping partner.
