IPL 2024 How Hardik Pandya will Earn After Getting Traded to Mumbai Indians from Gujarat Titans

How Hardik Pandya will Earn After Getting Traded to Mumbai Indians from Gujarat Titans: This year, Hardik Pandya had an amazing cricket career. In addition to leading his Gujarat Titans club to the 2023 IPL finals, India’s greatest all-rounder was crucial in his country’s triumph in the Asia Cup. He was a player to watch in the 2023 World Cup, but an ankle injury forced him out of the competition in the middle.

Hardik Pandya, however, is now prepared to make a spectacular comeback to the IPL in 2024 with the Mumbai Indians. The Gujarat Titans, whom Hardik Pandya captained and guided to victory in the 2022 Indian Premier League, were set to keep him. However, he was just moved to the Mumbai Indians, captained by Rohit Sharma.

With the Mumbai Indians, Hardik Pandya started his IPL career and remained with the franchise until 2022, winning four of the team’s five IPL championships. Now that Hardik Pandya is back on the field for the Mumbai Indians, let us tell you how much money he can expect to earn from the competition.

In the IPL, there are two types of deals. An IPL franchise may purchase one or more players from another club in a one-way deal. The second involves the team trading players back and forth.

The return of Hardik Pandya to the Mumbai Indians is a one-way deal, meaning that the Mumbai Indians will have to pay the Gujarat Titans’ yearly IPL fees of Rs 15 crore in exchange for his services.

In addition, Hardik Pandya will receive a portion of any unreported transfer fees that apply to one-way deals.

Transfer fees, which are discussed between the player and the team he would be leaving behind, are not capped by the BCCI. In this instance, the Gujarat Titans will get transfer fees from the Mumbai Indians.

According to a report, the player can request a portion of the transfer costs here. This is a one-time payment. A transfer agreement is submitted to the BCCI for final approval and procedures once it is signed. Hardik Pandya’s transfer cost has not yet been made public.

on those who are unaware, the IPL 2024 auction is scheduled on December 19 in Dubai. In addition to Hardik Pandya, two additional cricket players have had one-way trades this season: Cameron Green is moving from the Mumbai Indians to the Royal Challengers Bangalore, while Romario Shepherd is going from the Lucknow SuperGiants to the Mumbai Indians.

New Zealand Announced Squad for T20 World Cup, Kane Williamson will lead the team

New Zealand Announced Squad for T20 World Cup 2024, Kane Williamson will lead the team: Recently, New Zealand Cricket released their team for the 2024 T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place in the USA and the West Indies.

Starting on June 2, some of the top cricket teams in the globe will compete for the crown in this high-profile competition.

Veteran hitter Kane Williamson was named the Black Caps’ tournament captain when the team was unveiled, despite the fact that he would be heading an underexperienced group.

It’s interesting to note that two “special kids,” Matilda and Angus, took center stage to reveal the squad in a kind manner rather than the customary selection committee.

In the competition, New Zealand will field talents like as Finn Allen, Michael Bracewell, Rachin Ravindra, Mark Chapman, Matt Henry, and several others.

Kane Williamson will be competing in his sixth T20 World Cup and his fourth event as captain.

Only Tim Southee in the squad has more experience than Williamson. And both veterans will aim to lead from the front and hopefully propel the Black Caps to a historic win.

Gary Stead, the head coach of New Zealand, congratulated all of the players who were selected for the T20 World Cup 2024 roster when it was announced. He even gave special recognition to players who had been picked, such as Matt Henry and Rachin Ravindra.

“I’d like to congratulate everyone named today. It’s a special time representing your country at a world tournament. We expect the venues in the West Indies to offer quite varied conditions and feel we’ve selected a squad with the scope to adapt to those conditions,” Gary Stead was quoted as saying by NZC.

“Matt has worked exceptionally hard on his skills across the phases of a T20 game to come back into selection consideration. Rachin has made every post a winner in the past 12 months and it was exciting to see him continue that trajectory over the summer in the T20 format against Australia,” he added.

New Zealand ICC T20 World Cup Squad:

Kane Williamson (C) , Finn Allen, Trent Boult, Michael Bracewell, Mark Chapman, Devon Conway, Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry, Daryl Mitchell, Jimmy Neesham, Glenn Phillips, Rachin Ravindra, Mitchell Santner, Ish Sodhi, Tim Southee

IPL 2024: How can MS Dhoni Play in T20 World Cup 2024

IPL 2024: How can MS Dhoni Play in T20 World Cup 2024

How can MS Dhoni Play in T20 World Cup 2024: Since the competition’s first T20 World Cup, which was held in 2007 and was captained by MS Dhoni, the Indian cricket team has not triumphed.

Throughout the current IPL, Dhoni has been playing in incredible form. He hit more home runs with a greater strikeout percentage.

Dhoni demonstrated his class in the most recent encounter against LSG, helping CSK record 176 for 6 in 20 overs by going undefeated on 28 deliveries from 9 deliveries.

The captain for the 2022 T20 World Cup will be Rohit Sharma. Both in the league and Super Six stages, they performed admirably.

In the semi-finals at Adelaide Oval, they were severely outclassed by England and lost by a margin of 10 wickets.

On June 2, 2024, the USA and the West Indies will host the ICC T20 World Cup. Given that they are paired with Pakistan, Ireland, the United States of America, and Canada in the group stage, the Indian team is probably going to advance. Each group’s top two players will advance to the Super Eight stage.

The competitors in the Indian Premier League 2024 have put up some beautiful displays. Jasprit Bumrah and Rohit Sharma will undoubtedly be included in the team for the major tournament. Other positions, like wicket-keeping, are competitive.

Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Dinesh Karthik, and Rishabh Pant are contenders for the position.

MS Dhoni has played exceptionally well thus far, amassing 87 runs at a strike rate of 255 and making life difficult for the bowlers in the last overs.

With 42 years of age and physical issues, there is almost little possibility of making the Indian T20 World Cup. He has played only IPL seasons with less training and no competition between seasons.

MS Dhoni played a total of 98 T20I matches for Team India (85 innings) with 2 half-centuries to his name with best score of 56. Under his captaincy, CSK won a total of 5 IPL titles. He also led Pune Rising Super Giants to the finals.

Meanwhile, in an interaction on Cricbuzz, former India opener Virendra Sehwag made a case for MS Dhoni to play for India in the T20 World Cup 2024 as well.

He said, “MS Dhoni has a strike of 255 and doesn’t have an average because he hasn’t been dismissed yet. He has hit 87 runs in 34 balls this season. The kind of schedule we have for the T20 World Cup, how many good teams will we be playing against? He won’t get to bat in the first round.”

“He will only have to keep, which he is already doing (for CSK). (Dhoni’s) batting will come only against 3 teams: Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Even if you consider Pakistan, he will have to bat against 4 teams and only in the last 3 overs. Who is better than him then?” the former Indian bater added.

Given that the Indian squad has both young and seasoned players who can handle pressure, MS Dhoni may end up serving as their mentor. Having won three ICC titles, his invaluable advice may lead the team.

Thus far in this year’s IPL, he has demonstrated exceptional finishing skills. It is doubtful that MS Dhoni would rejoin the team, but India needs a finisher.

Whether the top player decides to put on the blue jersey once more or if the fans are content with his IPL performances will be intriguing to see.
