Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will look to achieve their personal milestone in the first ODI match against West Indies. Virat is just 102 runs away from completing 13,000 runs in the one-day format. He is the fourth-highest run-getter in ODI cricket history following legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Kumar Sangakkara and Ricky Ponting.

While Rohit has an eye to come closer to completing his 10,000 runs in limited-over cricket as he has 9,825 runs currently. He will join the elite club by becoming the sixth Indian player to score 10,000 runs in ODIs.

Rohit has an average of 48.63 in the one-day format. He has struck 30 centuries and 48 half-centuries in 243 ODI matches.

India after winning the Test series by 1-0, will now play the three-match ODI series. The first ODI match will take place in Bridgetown on Thursday.

Rain did not allow any play on the final day of the second Test between India and West Indies being held in Port of Spain on Tuesday, ending the match in a draw.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 Full Schedule: ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be hosted by UAE after replacing Bangladesh as the host. Indian team are set to begin their quest for the Covest title with a clash against their New Zealand counterparts in Dubai on the 4th of Oct, before facing off against Pakistan in a highly-charged affair on the 6th at the same venue.

Indian women will remain in the UAE for another game against Sri Lanka on the 9th of the same month.

India women team will play one game at Sharjaha against Australia on the 13th Oct in their group match outside Dubai.

The six-time champion Australia is grouped in Group A with 2020 runners-up India, Trans-Tasman foe New Zealand, Asian teams Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and the event’s organizers, the same people.

Group B includes Bangladesh, Scotland, and the West Indies, the 2016 champions, South Africa, and England.

Each side will play four group matches at the tournament, with the top two teams from each group progressing to the semi-finals on 17 and 18 October ahead of the Final in Dubai on 20 October. A reserve day has been fixed for both the semi-finals and the final.
