India’s World Cup campaign will get started on Sunday, October 8, in Chennai against the five-time defending champions, Australia.

The insider said that Kohli’s IPL 2024 performances would also be taken into consideration; however, he might not be able to play when he opens for his team, the RCB. The opening spaces, however, appear to be mostly empty.
