Sidharth Malhotra wishes luck to team Mission Majnu as Rashmika Mandanna

Bollywood actress Sidharth Malhotra can not wait to join team Mission Majnu in Lucknow as the espionage thriller went on floors today.

The actor reportedly will begin shooting for the film that is touted to be a spy thriller.

The film will feature Sidharth as a covert operative who is a part of a mission. The producer of the film shared the news about the shoot kicking off today.

Sidharth re-tweeted the photo shared by the producer from the sets in Lucknow. In the photo, we can see the clapperboard of the muhurat shot of the film.

The co-producer Amar Butala shared it on his handle. Sidharth shared it on his Twitter handle and expressed his excitement for the shoot.

He also hoped to see them soon. The film will reportedly be shot in Lucknow with Sidharth and Rashmika. Last month, the first look poster of the film was released on social media.

Sharing the news, Sidharth wrote, “Good luck guys See you soon #MissionMajnu @GBAMedia_Off @RSVPMovies @RonnieScrewvala @iamRashmika @aseem_arora #parvezshaikh #sumitbatheja.” Fans of the actor were excited to see his film kick off.

The film is helmed by Shantanu Bagchi and produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Movies and producers Amar Butala and Garima Mehta.

film is also Rashmika’s big Bollywood debut. The film reportedly is inspired by real events that took place back in 1970.

The events reportedly changed the relationship between India and Pakistan.
