Honor 20 Lite with 48-megapixel camera launched: Price, Specifications

Huawei sub-brand Honor announced the Honor 20 Lite smartphone in China. The handset feature a 4,000mAh battery, a 48MP main sensor, a Kirin 710F processor, and a Full HD-OLED display. Honor 20 Lite triple-camera setup also features an 8MP primary sensor with an ultra-wide lens.

The Honor 20 Lite China variant is priced at CNY 1,399 (approx Rs 14,000) for the base 4GB with 64GB model. CNY 1,499 (Appros Rs 15,000) for the 6GB with 64FB model. CNY 1,699 (Approx Rs 17,000) for 6GB with 128GB model, and CNY 1,899 (approx 19,000) for 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.

The handset comes in three color options- Magic Night Black, Blue Water Jade, and Icelandic Fantasy.

According to GizmoChina, the Honor 20 Lite features a 6.3-inch OLED display. It also features a 20:9 aspect ratio, Full HD, and a waterdrop notch. The display comes with TUV Rheinland certification for improved readability with a fingerprint scanner for authentication.

The Handset is powered by the Kirin 710F octa-core processor paired with up to 8GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage with expandable memory through a microSD card to up to 256GB.

Honor 20 Lite features a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP camera (f/1.8 aperture) instead of the main 24MP camera found on the global variant. Other, include 8MP and 2MP shooter (both with f/2.4 aperture). Front, The phone has a 16MP front camera. The camera supports super night scene mode, AI scene recognition, and portrait mode.

The Phone a 4,000mAh battery with a 10C/2A charger shipped inside the box. It runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1.1 and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery with 22.5W rapid charging. Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and GPS.

The handset has an in-screen fingerprint reader and double face recognition feature for authentication.
