Book an Uber Ride on WhatsApp: Uber has announced a new way to book rides directly with the help of WhatsApp in India. Now the messaging platform and the cab service provider have brought the new feature in Hindi and English which is now available for the Delhi-NCR region.

Yes, You do not need to access the Uber app to call for a cab. Just message and the Uber WhatsApp chat box will ask you to all the required details to book a Uber cab.

All the details of users while registration will be managed within the WhatsApp chat interface.

Uber stated that the Lucknow Pilot showed that the W2AR users were younger than the average Uber App user with almost 50 percent of them being less than 25 years old.

Uber team officially announced, “Starting this week, we are rolling out an exciting new service that gives people of Delhi NCR. The option to book an Uber ride via our official chatbot on WhatsApp”.

Further added, “Riders will no longer need to download or use the Uber app”.

The customers will be asked to provide pickup and drop locations. Followed by upfront fare details and the driver’s expected time of arrival.

or You can start by scan QR code from the smartphone’s camera app
