Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is the latest smartphone, and could very well be the next best seller for Xiaomi India. Redmi Note 7 was introduced but officially announcement missed to mention an important feature- the posts and buttons have watertight seals.

CEO Lei Jun says that the engineering team put a lot of effort to design watertight seals for all the weak points of the mobile SIM card tray, USB-C Type, 3.5mm audio jack , buttons and users can even find some around the camera module.

He added, it has gone through the same quality tests as Xiaomi’s flagship models. To prove it, the company is extending the standard warranty period of 12 month up to 18 month in China.

Expected to launch in Indian later this year, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is available in China for starting price of Rs 11,000 approximately.

Company said to be working on an upgraded version of Note 7, Conveniently dubbed as Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a 48 MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor.

Cameras: a 48-megapixel sensor coupled with a 5-megapixel sensor. An f/1.8 aperture for better low-light shots and there is a 13-megapixel front camera.

Storage Variants: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage options.

Colors variants: Blue, Red, and Black colors

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Price:

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 prices at 999 yuan (approximately Rs 10,000) for 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage. 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage variant price at 1,199 Yuan (approximately Rs 12,000) and 6GB/64GB storage price at 1,399 Yuan (approximately Rs 14,000). However company has not revealed any global availability details for the same.
